Personalized one-on-one nutrition counseling provides individualized attention and care, a detailed health and dietary assessment, goal setting and personalized plan and development, ongoing support and guidance, nutrition education, behavior and lifestyle coaching, monitory and feedback, focusing on disease prevention for long-term health improvement.
